RAXO ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS General information The RAXO online store available at www.raxo.me is run by Rakso Sp. z o.o., ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw, KRS: 0000846551, NIP: 7010987678, REGON: 386347144. Technical conditions for using the store To use the store, you must have a device with internet access, a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail account. Rules for using the store The user is obliged to: provide truthful data, not post illegal content, observe copyright and industrial property rights, not attempt to copy the store structure. Products and orders The products offered in the store are original, brand new, free from legal and physical defects, unless the description states otherwise. Prices are gross prices (include VAT 23%). Payment methods and order fulfillment Available payment methods: traditional transfer, PayU, PayPal, cash on delivery. Order fulfillment time: up to 14 business days (NomadX), up to 30 business days (xBIKE), unless otherwise stated. In the event of lack of goods, the customer is informed. Delivery and costs Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer. Delivery is carried out by courier or post office. Personal collection is possible after setting a date. Complaints and warranty The consumer has the right to make a complaint within 2 years. The Seller considers the complaint within 14 days. The complaint form template is attached as Annex 1. Withdrawal from the contract The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The withdrawal form template is attached as Appendix 2. The returned goods should be sent to the following address: Rakso sp. z o.o., ul. Legnicka 33, 41-811 Zabrze. Personal data and GDPR The administrator of personal data is Rakso Sp. z o.o. The data is processed in accordance with the GDPR: for the purposes of order fulfillment, account management, marketing (based on consent), the customer has the right to: access the data, correct it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, object and complain to the Personal Data Protection Office, the data may be transferred to technical and logistics service providers with whom data processing entrustment agreements have been concluded. Cookies The store uses cookies for statistical and functional purposes. The user can manage cookies in the browser settings. The cookie banner allows you to select consents to individual data categories (technical, analytical, marketing). Price transparency In accordance with the Omnibus directive, the store presents the lowest price of the product from the last 30 days before the discount. Consumer reviews The store takes steps to verify whether the reviews posted come from customers who purchased a given product. Product safety In accordance with the GPSR regulation, the store ensures that the products offered are safe, and in the event of their threat - it will take immediate information actions. Digital accessibility In accordance with the European Accessibility Act, the store is committed to ensuring the digital accessibility of the service to people with disabilities. The interface and information are presented in a fair, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. Marketing consents The user may consent to receiving commercial information electronically. The consent may be withdrawn at any time. The appropriate checkbox is located at the stage of placing an order or registering an account. Final provisions In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the GDPR.
